WHAT WE DO:
• 15 minutes of prelude before the ceremony
• Processional music
• Any music during the ceremony (unity candle, communion, sand ceremony,
signing the marriage license, etc.)
• Recessional music
• 5-10 minutes of postlude after the ceremony
• Background music for cocktails, dinner or reception
• After playing weddings for many years, we have found that our attendance at
rehearsal is not necessary. We will discuss cues with the officiant before the
ceremony.
FEES:
• Solo: $100 per hour
• Duo: $200 per hour
• Quartet: $400 per hour
• Optional: If special music is requested that must be purchased or
arranged/composed, $25 per music selection.
• $50 Booking Deposit is due when your event is scheduled. Remainder is due two
weeks before your scheduled event.
• If travel of more than 40 miles is required, charges will apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Chairs without arms provided at the event site.
• Please provide ample space. A 6x8 foot space is needed for a duo. A 8x10 space
is needed for a trio. A 10x12 space is needed for a quartet.
• For outdoor parties, we must have covering overhead. Our instruments
cannot tolerate direct sunlight or rain.
• $50 Booking/Scheduling fee is due when your event is scheduled.
